Seton is a nationally ranked Texas healthcare system with over 40 awards and recognitions, including best hospital in the Austin Metro Area. In other words, the go-to hospital for 1.25 million residents of Texas’ capital city.

When Seton sought Idea-Loop to do a complete re-work of their brand, we knew this project demanded a physical and digital experience reflective of the sophistication and technology of Seton Healthcare.

We quickly realized Seton would require much more than a Band-Aid. In fact, this project seemed to be about as big as the healthcare system itself. Each of Seton’s different locations had their own individual website, so fluidity and ease of use were pretty much nonexistent. We dove in, creating one giant network for all of Seton hospitals and clinics. We then went on to create brand fluidity across all Seton collateral, including: promotional material; sub-websites; mobile apps; digital and traditional print media assets; internal and external communication pieces and complete social media assets.

As we continue the next phase of development, we’re constantly working to ensure Seton’s visual aesthetic and messaging reflects the prestige and advancement of Austin’s #1 hospital.
